We do NOT accept returns or exchanges at any time. Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons it will NOT be able to accept any returns or exchanges.

We must be notified within 14 days of you receiving your package, beyond 14 days since your receipt of purchase or delivery date, we cannot be held responsible.
To receive a replacement product, must show proof of error.
All products must be in original condition. Any lashes or packaging that have been used or tampered with will not be eligible to be replaced.
If defect we will replace with the same product only.
You are for any additional shipping fees on returns.
